  • A Lease Agreement will be given to the Tenant to read and sign on Arrival.
    This includes the rules and regulations which are allowed on the Premises in order to avoid any misunderstandings.
  • The Lease Agreement will be registered with the Housing Authority.
  • Form H will be applicable so that Tenant will qualify for Residential rates. Moreover, the property is equipped with energy saving AC, lights and appliances.
  • Internet connection with very fast internet is already in place so there are no installation or deposit fees payable by the Tenant.
  • Rent is payable one monthly in advance and monthly from there-on.
  • A security deposit is also payable on Arrival. This will be refunded on the last day after that the property has been checked and returned in the same condition as it was on Arrival.
  • Tenant must have a full time employment for the duration of the Lease Agreement.
  • The property is exclusively for the use of the Tenant as listed on the Lease Agreement. No sub-letting or any form of sharing is allowed.

Modern property with good quality kitchen and furniture. Totally equipped so there was no need to buy anything, internet connection available.

Property is full of natural light, mold-free and has a big terrace.

Located in a very quiet and safe residential area.

Landlord is very helpful and prompt to take action when things need attention.

Very nicely furnished, modern and fully equipped property with AC.

Property is full of natural light, mould-free and very comfortable.

Located in a very quiet and safe residential area, close to all amenities and bus stops.

It has a massive terrace with views stretching to Bugibba, St. Paul’s Bay and Qawra.

Excellent internet connectivity. Also water pressure in the property was very good.

The landlord is super friendly and very helpful whenever something was wrong. SUPER

The property was very nicely furnished and fully equipped with all the amenities required.

Food processor, vacuum cleaner and many other extra were a great bonus and saved me from buying them for my long stay in the property.

Property was full of natural light and extremely well ventilated (no mould).

The massive outdoor terrace was a big plus, spending lots of time working on my laptop or sunbathing and relaxing outside.

The air-conditioning worked perfectly throughout my stay which made it very enjoyable.

The double glazing, insect screens and roof insulation made it easy for me to save on electricity costs.

Very centrally located, close to all amenities and bus stops.

Comfortable double-bed with underlying storage space.

Large wardrobe with lots of storage and cupboard space.

Excellent internet connection. It was already in place so there were no installation or deposit fees applicable.

Water pressure is very good since it has a pressure pump flow switch to give high water pressure

When there was something that wasn’t 100% it was quickly communicated with the landlord and was promptly resolved.

Mario is the most helpful landlord I’ve ever met.
