House Rules
- An official document for each guest staying at Villa Naxxar Malta is required on check-in .
- A local Tourist Tax of €0.50 Euro per person per day is applicable and payable on check-in.
- Adults must be responsible and 25 years or older. Younger people may also be accepted as long as they agree to fully respect the house rules at Villa Naxxar Malta.
- Families with children are welcome to stay at Villa Naxxar Malta but children must be supervised at all times.
- For safety reasons, Infants/Babies under 3 years old are not allowed at Villa Naxxar Malta.
- Apertures at Villa Naxxar Malta have insect screens. Guests must ensure to use them at all times to avoid having mosquitoes and other bugs getting inside the property.
- No Pets are allowed on the Premises.
- No Smoking is allowed inside the property.
- No drugs, excessive alcohol, illegal or immoral activity is allowed on the premises.
- No Parties are allowed on the Premises.
- No music/noise is allowed between 23.00 hrs – 07.00 hrs.
- No glass is allowed outside and around the pool area. For your convenience we supply plastic ones to avoid any unwanted accidents.
- No indoor furniture is allowed outside or around the pool area.
- A security cash deposit is required on arrival at Villa Naxxar Malta. This security cash deposit will be refunded, on departure date, after that we have checked that everything in the property is in order and as it was on your arrival. It is purely a guarantee in case guests do any damage to the property, furniture, fixtures and fittings.
- Check-in is at 16.00 hrs and Check-out is at 10.00 hrs. This may be flexible depending on the other bookings/arrivals/departures at Villa Naxxar Malta.
- Water and electricity at Villa Naxxar Malta are included in the price. Guests are kindly requested to use water and electricity reasonably to safeguard our environment.
- Nobody is allowed to sleep or stay on the premises apart from the paying guests.
Extra charges are applicable for visiting, sleepover guests or extra beds. - A Lease Agreement will be given to guests to read and sign on Arrival.
This includes the rules and regulations which are allowed at Villa Naxxar Malta in order to avoid any misunderstandings.
