House Rules
- An official document for each guest staying at Villa Naxxar Malta is required on check-in.
- A local Tourist Tax of €1.50 Euro per person per day is applicable and payable on check-in.
- Guests must be responsible and 25 years or older. Must also all agree to fully respect the House Rules at Villa Naxxar Malta and Maltese Law at all times. Younger people may also be accepted if we feel that they are responsible.
- Guests must also all have a good understanding of the English language and reply quickly to all our messages and communication to avoid any problems (no later than 24 hours).
- Families with children are welcome to stay at Villa Naxxar Malta but children must be supervised at all times.
- For safety reasons, Infants/Babies under 3 years old are not allowed at Villa Naxxar Malta.
- Villa Naxxar Malta is located in a very quiet and upmarket Residential Area. Therefore, throughout your stay, all Tenants shall observe the property House Rules and Maltese Law. Music is allowed as long as it is kept in moderation so as not to disturb the surrounding neighbours. Loud music, shouting or singing are strictly prohibited anywhere on the Premises, whether inside the property or outside areas. Moreover, between 23.00 hrs and 07.00 hrs, no music shall be played anywhere on the Premises. Nor shall any loud talking, shouting, singing, dancing, etc. (whether inside the property or outside areas). Between 23.00 hrs and 07.00 hrs the use of the pool shall not be permitted as this would create a nuisance to the neighbours. Any talking should be kept to a very bare minimum and very softly to avoid disturbing the neighbours wanting to sleep. Like all properties located in Residential Areas, these measures are a requirement and enforced by Maltese Law.
- No Parties, drugs, excessive alcohol, illegal or immoral activity allowed on the premises.
- No Smoking is allowed inside the property. Smoking is only allowed outside by the pool.
- No Pets are allowed anywhere on the Premises.
- No glass is allowed outside and around the pool area. For your convenience we supply plastic ones to avoid any unwanted accidents.
- No indoor furniture is allowed outside or around the pool area.
- A security cash deposit is required on arrival at Villa Naxxar Malta. This security cash deposit will be refunded, on departure date, after that we have checked that everything in the property is in order and as it was on your arrival. It is purely a guarantee in case Guests do any damage to the property, furniture, fixtures and fittings.
- Water and electricity at Villa Naxxar Malta are included in the price up to 60 kWh units per day. This amount is covered in the rental price and amply covers the normal daily average consumption for a similar property and for you to be totally comfortable in the property. However, it does not cover any excesses, including leaving the electricity and ACs on unnecessarily when you are not in the property. For this reason, water and electricity Euro meters are installed in the property and the total allocated allowance will be credited on the water and electricity Euro meters for you on arrival. In the very rare eventuality that this limit has been exceeded, then you would have to top-up the water and electricity Euro meters (normal tariffs rates are applicable). Any extra credits left in the water and electricity Euro meters will be refunded to you on departure. This limit has been set in order to safeguard that the water and electricity are used responsibly and to safeguard the environment.
- Apertures at Villa Naxxar Malta have insect screens. Guests must ensure to use them at all times to avoid having mosquitoes and other bugs getting inside the property.
- Check-in is at 16.00 hrs and Check-out is at 10.00 hrs. This may be flexible depending on the other bookings/arrivals/departures at Villa Naxxar Malta.
- Nobody is allowed to sleep or stay anywhere on the premises apart from the paying guests.
- Extra charges are applicable for visiting, sleepover guests and/or extra beds.
- A Lease Agreement will be given to guests to read and sign on Arrival at Villa Naxxar Malta. This includes the rules and regulations which are allowed at Villa Naxxar Malta in order to avoid any misunderstandings or anyone getting hurt.
- We ask you to take care and look after Villa Naxxar Malta like your own home.
