Mario was a very nice person. To us a lot of information. And we really enjoyed our vacation. The location was perfect easy to get a taxi and go where you want. Perfect location really recommend this place for others

What we liked most was the swimming pool. We really enjoyed it every day.

Inside and out, attention to detail is evident—modern, high quality finishes throughout, thoughtfully furnished living areas, and ample room to relax.

With four spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms (including one with a bidet), the villa accommodates groups with ease. The master suite is especially impressive—huge, comfortable and equipped with luxurious ensuite facilities. Bedrooms feature generous wardrobe space and extra bedding to ensure everyone sleeps soundly.

Cool comfort is never an issue, each room and reception area is fully air conditioned, complemented by ceiling fans where needed. On hot Maltese afternoons, it was a relief, and evening downtime was equally pleasant indoors or out.

The jewel in this property’s crown is without doubt the expansive outdoor area. A large private pool with clean, well maintained waters was perfect for swimming lengths or cooling off. Sun loungers, deck chairs and shaded seating zones made it a haven for relaxation or socialising. The outdoor dining and lounge spaces, plus a lava rock BBQ, enabled unforgettable al fresco meals or evenings by the pool.

Inside, the open plan kitchen, dining and living area spill seamlessly into the garden, encouraging gatherings. The kitchen is extremely well-equipped: oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine (Nespresso and French press), large fridge/freezer and all necessary utensils. Dishwashing supplies, linens, towels and even cleaning amenities are thoughtfully provided.

High speed Wi Fi, cable TV with entertainment channels (including sports and movies), safe, ironing area, laundry facilities and even extra services like luggage drop off, babysitting contacts, grocery delivery, and tours or private chefs can be arranged. Free parking is available onsite.

While tucked in a peaceful residential area, the villa is superbly located, just a 10 minute walk to Naxxar town centre with shops, restaurants, and public transport links. Frequent direct buses shuttle guests across the island, from Valletta and Mdina to Sliema, Gozo, beach towns and more. Malta International Airport and key attractions like Palazzo Parisio are within easy reach.
