What’s Included?

House Rules

• Families with children are welcome to stay but children must be supervised at all times.
• For safety reasons, Infants/Babies under 3 years old are not allowed at Villa Naxxar Malta.
• For hygiene reasons in the pool, ALL children must be potty-trained to avoid water contamination.
• No Pets are allowed at Villa Naxxar Malta.
• Anyone using sun creams must shower before getting in the pool.
• Along with your food, drinks and beverages, Guests must bring their own plastic recyclables or disposable glasses, plates, eating utensils together with their music speaker.
We may provide plastic recyclables glasses, plates and eating utensils at an additional cost.
• No glass is allowed anywhere on the deck area and/or around the pool. This measure is in place in order to avoid any unwanted accidents or anyone getting hurt.
• Playing ball is only allowed in moderation provided that special care is taken to safeguard the plants and other furniture and fixtures. In this case only small plastic balls are allowed.
• No boards of any type and no other sports activities are allowed anywhere at Villa Naxxar Malta.
• No illegal or immoral activity are allowed at Villa Naxxar Malta which go against Maltese Law or which may disturb the neighbours.
• A Security Deposit is required on arrival at Villa Naxxar Malta. This will be refunded to you after we have checked that nothing has been damaged. It is purely a guarantee in case Guests do any damage to the property, furniture, fixtures and fittings.
• One adult person must be in charge and personally responsible for the whole group and will make sure that everyone will follow these simple house rules of Villa Naxxar Malta.
• The Guests shall make use of the premises and anything contained therein at their own personal risk and the Owner shall not be liable for any damages arising by the Guests from the use of the premises.
